Below steps requires your registered Mobile Number with Aadhaar. If you changed or do not know registered Mobile Number, visit to nearest Aadhaar Update Center.
Visit the website uidai.gov.in and click on your Aadhaar option. Then click on ‘Update Your Aadhaar’. Here you can see what information needs to be corrected. After correcting the mistake, click on ‘Submit Your Update Correction’.
Enter your Aadhaar number in ‘Enter Your Aadhaar Number’. Then insert special characters into the text verification. Enter the phone number of the OTP (One Time Password) which will given on the mobile number and put it in the box. Doing this will log on to the website.
After the data update, click Processed. Upload all related documents. Then click Confirm. After this, check details and submit it. As soon as all the information is updated, the update message will sent to your mobile, which will have a URN number.
